ICT Program Delivers Regulation of Telecoms Competition Training Course
A training program on the regulation of competition in the telecommunications sector was delivered by the ICT Program on December 1-4, 2003 for staff members of the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA), the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), and the State Council, as well as participants from private sector operators and local universities.
